A wedding at Bhaktivedanta Manor, Watford

Devan and Deepa had a traditional Indian wedding at the amazing Bhaktivedanta Manor just north of London. They were honouring a lot of the religious traditions, but wanted a more modern and relaxed approach to the photography. I love shooting Asian weddings because the hustle and bustle of the day works so well for my documentary style, it means that I can be standing right in the thick of the crowd and no one minds, getting really really ace wide shots. The bride wants to submit her wedding photos to an Asian wedding blog because she feels there could be a niche for a more alternative relaxed approach to Indian Asian wedding photography. I would be really interested in getting feedback from Indian married-to-be’s and wedding suppliers as to what they think!
