Anuj and Sarah are the perfect pair for me- both of them love to laugh and clown around, they are super chilled and have a great posse of friends and family! They held their wedding at Trinity Buoy Wharf, a great warehouse venue in central London that’s the perfect big space for a mandap and a civil ceremony. They got ready at the same Radisson Blu hotel round the corner, getting into their Indian outfits for the first ceremony. Anuj got drummed in before Sarah was escorted in by her uncle.
After the Indian ceremony everyone darted around the corner to get changed into Ted Baker suits and Sarah wore a bohemian flower crown and a two piece lace Divine Atelier dress
They then went back into the warehouse and had their civil ceremony, before we snuck off to take a few couple shots, including a wicked shot in the parkour gym next door!
All the guests then boarded a boat for the drinks reception as we sailed around sunset!
When we got back to the pier, having given the venue enough time to turn the room around for dinner, it was the perfect dusk!
The ceremony room had been turned into the evening dinner space complete with long tables where everyone ate sharing bowls of yummy Indian food
Many of my couples are proud feminists, so naturally both Sarah and Anuj gave speeches!
After the speeches they had their first dance and quickly kicked off the party, complete with amazing dance moves from the guests and a lot of lifting!
