This was my first time shooting a wedding in Pembroke Lodge so I was really pleased that Zoe and JB contacted me to shoot short coverage of their special and intimate wedding that was mostly family and a few very close friends. JB is French so lots of his side made the journey from France and his brother kindly read a translation of the wedding ceremony. Zoe wore a elegant bias cut dress from Ghost and carried a beautiful purple and blue bouquet by Wrap & Tie Floral Designs. JB wore a navy blue suit with a yellow tie from Ted Baker. The ceremony room has lovely light walls and beautiful art around the walls. It was a little bit chilly so they didn't get to spend too long having drinks outside in the beautiful park, but JB and Zoe were up for taking a stroll in the wild for some natural and relaxed couple shots before dinner. The dinner at Pembroke Lodge was an amazing lamb shank, as a supplier I have to say they had some of the best organised and most helpful venue staff I've had the pleasure of working with! For dessert Zoe and JB had a selection of French of British cheeses, what else!? During their cake cutting Zoe's mum decided to surprise them with a confetti cannon, which was a bit unexpected for the couple! As they hired me for shorter coverage, my day ended at the end of dinner, but I am sure they went on to have a splendid evening!
