Shoshanna and Zak booked me only a month or so before their wedding, so we didn’t get a chance to meet before the wedding… this totally didn’t matter because they were both so welcoming and lovely that I found it really easily to blend in comfortably with their guests! Shoshanna got ready at her mum’s house about an hour away from Brighton Town Hall with her hilarious sisters and son. She wore a dress from ebay that her friend tailored for her, a yellow cardigan, Melissa Vivienne Westwood Lady Dragon shoes and a pink bride school pin badge. Zak wore a Vivienne Westwood shirt, braces, and a black groom badge to match! The ceremony at Brighton Town Hall was short and sweet, before everyone walked across the road to Oh So Social, a bar on the beach front! Shoshanna and Zak had done an amazing job decorating the venue with brightly coloured table clothes, bright flowers in glittery jars, and lots of kid-friendly fun like glitter doughnuts, sweetie jars and toy boxes. To complete their kid friendly wedding they had twister, pieface and a pink diamond pinata! It’s very rare but occasionally I get told that I’m a substantially large % of the wedding budget, in this case about half of the whole wedding cost! I hope in return these photos prove that you can have an amazing fun time at your wedding without blowing loads of cash, and that photos are really important as they’re the only thing you have left after the glitter doughnuts are eaten and the confetti cannons burst!!
