Arun and Lizzie planned a wedding at Ufton Court with both English and Indian influences. They started the day with a civil ceremony but got changed into Indian clothing and had a traditional garland before cutting their cake! Lizzie started the day wearing a sweet birdcage veil, a lace A line dress from vintage bridal wear supplier Fur Coat No Knickers. She also wore Rachel Simpson shoes that were custom painted with her and Arun’s relationship story, of where they met, the uni they went to, their cat and good times they had at Glasto! Lizzie arrived at Ufton Court in style in a turquoise green cadillac, where Arun was waiting in a blue suit and orange tie. After their civil ceremony during which their bridesmaid sung for them, everyone had drinks in vintage fine tea cups and saucers in the gorgeous gardens. Some of the guests visited the Ufton Court farm animals until everyone went into the barn for dinner. Their wedding favours were scratch cards, a few of the guests won a fiver! After dinner Lizzie and Arun changed into traditional Indian outfits whilst the guests enjoyed their fancy dress photobooth van and their cake table spread! After a traditional garland exchange they cut their cake and went back into the barn for partying!
