Jo and Harry had a lovely and down to earth book themed wedding at the Charlton House, with a traditional ceremony at the Chapel of St Peter and Paul in Greenwich. Jo started the day getting ready at home with her bridesmaids who wore dark teal dresses whilst she wore a white dress from David’s Bridal. They all caught a red double decker London bus to the Royal Naval College to a ceremony in what is undeniably one of the prettiest chapels in London! After the ceremony everyone jumped back on the London bus and heading to Charlton House, or more specifically to their library! All the tables were named after fictional locations (including Kings Landing!), and the guests had classic penguin books and postcards hand selected for them. After the meal, speeches and first dance, Harry had an amazing surprise for everyone- he jumped on the guitar and proceeded to play a full AC/DC set, something he’d dreamed of doing for a long time! Jo loves glow sticks (as well as balloons) so they stocked the guests with tons of glow sticks to party with!
