Bingham Riverhouse London Wedding

Eric and Jackie got ready next door to each other at their family home and flat behind Jackie’s parent’s Thai restaurant, before heading to Richmond to the beautiful river side venue of Bingham Riverhouse. Jackie had her hair done by Andrew Williams.

Their civil ceremony space was stunningly decorated by Jackie’s bridesmaid, whose family are florists for Wimbledon, in an abundance of tropical palms and purple orchids.

During the civil ceremony they had family perform on the cello, and friends give a few emotional readings

After the ceremony all the guests filtered out into the glorious sunshine with their sunscreen into the river facing garden for drinks and canapés.

They came in for dinner, the tables were stunningly covered in white and purple orchids, with Candy Kitten sweets as the wedding favours.

After dinner we wandered out to take a few couple photos before the speeches.

After the speeches they went back outside into the garden to perform a traditional Chinese tea ceremony, probably the nicest backdrop I’ve ever had for a tea ceremony!

After the tea ceremony all the guests went inside for the cake cutting and to start the dancing provided by Dan Clark and his band.

Rather unusually we did a confetti photo after dark as we ran out of time during the day, so I got all my off camera flashes out and we made it happen! We also did the bouquet throw in the dark.
