Natural History Museum Wedding

Getting ready at 11 Cadogan Gardens

I can’t believe it took me a decade of shooting weddings before I finally nabbed one of my bucket list venues! Of course I mean the Natural History Museum. I visit this museum at least once a year to see the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition. I absolutely love it. Their events set up is truly epic and colourful, the perfect match for my bold colourful style. I started the winter evening with N at 11 Cadogan Gardens. Cadogan Gardens is an elegant townhouse turned hotel with opulent suites and decor. N wore the most gorgeous unique dress covered in embroidered leaves with golden block heel pumps

N and her friends and family then took a white vintage bus to the Natural History Museum. Their wedding guests were waiting outside, as the museum opens for events only once it closes to the public. E was waiting there at the top of the aisle. The wedding aisle was formed down one of the main corridors leading to the birds exhibit.

After the ceremony we were escorted by the Natural History Museum wedding event staff to the upper balconies to take some iconic wedding photos.

After the couple shoot they went straight into the cake cut at the bottom of the central staircase, and the wedding speeches leading into dinner provided by Payne & Gunter catering. Their first dance and the party entertainment was provided by Aviation from Entertainment Nation.
