I shot the wedding of two grooms at Grove House, which is part of Froebel College at Roehampton University in West London. They wanted a super low-key event so they had their civil ceremony a few weeks before and saved themselves for a drinks reception, dinner and party with their friends and family. The venue space was absolutely beautiful to shoot in with classic columns and a dark wood interior space, as well as primary colour contrast lighting for the party- a dream scenario for my photography style! During the drinks reception they had bits of fancy dress out for the kids to play with and just before dinner they had a series of short speeches from one of the groom’s brother, sister and one of the grooms themselves. After the dinner lots of their guests relaxed outside chatting or enjoyed a boogie before the night came to a close!
